About The Inspector
Bill began his career in the home building industry when he was just a teenager. He even helped build his first home and in his early 20’s joined the St. Louis Carpenters Union, working in commercial and residential construction.
After working as a carpenter for 8 years, Bill began to look into advancing his knowledge and career by studying every aspect of the building process. After weighing all his options and long discussions with his wife, it only made sense to move into home inspections.
When you take into account his extensive experience as a union carpenter and home builder along with being an ASHI trained home inspector, he is uniquely qualified. Bill has the extensive knowledge and background not only to identify building issues and perform testing, but the ability to troubleshoot building components and systems.
Bill is a member of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and has completed the ASHI School Home Inspection Program. As a member of ASHI, he attends monthly chapter meetings that include training presentations, seminars and in field peer reviews.
Bill continues to have personal professional training as new technologies surface. He is constantly looking for ways to better the experience of his customers and provide the most informative reports.
